EXCHANGE

Orders can be exchanged ONLY when there is a shipping error. Kindly notify us within 42 hours of delivery. Such items will be picked up and EXCHANGED within 1-5 working days. Pickup charges for shipping errors are on our tab. Please note that we do not refund delivery cost.

Kindly ensure the item is available at the scheduled pickup time, as we will cancel the return process if the item isn’t available for pickup at the agreed time. 

REFUNDS 

Refunds are granted ONLY when an order isn’t delivered at the agreed time frame for delivery. Please note that in cases of pre-order, refunds may not be granted if delay arises due to customs strike, which is beyond our control.

RETURNED ITEMS must be in neat and unused conditions, containing original packaging and free gifts, if added. Gbemi Essentials will not accept damaged items or items with stains and signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned back to the customer.

Please check our size guide and product information as we may not grant order return for these reasons. If return is granted, you may only use the cost value of such items to purchase other available items. Delivery charges for such scenarios will be incurred by the shopper.
